Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Shipping Time: After processing, shipping typically takes 2–7 business days (depending on your location). 

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 

Refunds & Returns

• All sales are FINAL. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your cup has been made.
• Please double-check all order details (including spelling, product selection, and shipping info) before completing your purchase. I usually can help you adjust or add a few items to your order after it is placed if necessary.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled BEFORE your cup is made. This is typically within a 12 hour window. After that, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
