Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Processing takes 1-3 business days depending on if your order is placed during the weekday or weekend, and shipping takes 2–7 days depending on your location.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?

A: No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of our items. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Q: Are all cups made on TikTok LIVE?

A: All orders are automatically going to be made on TikTok LIVE, if you would like to have it made offline for convenience to you or any other reason, please reach out via email with your order number to let me know you'd like it to be made off of LIVE and please include what colors and style (glitter, paint swirl, coffee, etc) you would like for your cup!

Q: What if my cup arrives broken?

A: We’ll replace it for you! Just be sure to contact us within 48 hours WITH photos of the damaged cup and the packaging.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

A: Yes! You can email us via email or DM us on Instagram @designsgreenleaf to start your custom design order!

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Cancellations are accepted before your cup is made OR within 12 hours of purchase only. Whichever comes first applies.
